By purchasing an online course, training, or program (whether self-paced or live/cohort-based), you acknowledge that digital materials are delivered immediately or at scheduled times. Once access is granted, all sales are considered final due to the irrevocable nature of digital delivery and content access. 

 

 

 

 

2️⃣ No Cash Refunds

 

 

Except as required by applicable law, we do not provide cash refunds after purchase or access has been granted. This includes:

 

  • Self-paced courses

  • Live or scheduled classes

  • Program recordings

  • Worksheets, downloads, and supporting materials
    This policy applies even if:
    – the participant chooses not to complete the course
    – a participant does not attend live sessions

Our primary commitment is to deliver value through the course materials and scheduled instruction. This may include:

4️⃣ In the Event of Instructor Incapacity

 

 

In the rare event the instructor is unable to complete live teaching due to unforeseen medical or other circumstances, you will receive one or more of the following at the Company’s discretion:

 

  • Continued access to existing course content

  • Alternative recorded or self-paced materials

  • Credits toward future courses or programs

  • Extended access to course content where feasible

 

 

These options are offered in lieu of cash refunds and are intended to ensure students receive educational value.

 

 

 

 

5️⃣ Consultations & Scheduling

 

 

Consultations are non-refundable. To reschedule a consultation, participants must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed consultations without notice are treated as no-shows and no refund or rescheduling rights apply.
